OUR MENU
Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan, is declared by the UNESCO as a City of Gastronomy. The taste of Sichuan cuisine is known as bold, pungent, spicy, and eclectic, with many variations of Sichuan cuisine across the province. Our menu is focused on the diversity of Sichuan home cooking with a touch of dim sum. We use handpicked chilli peppers and high grade peppercorns imported from Sichuan to help us reimagine the flavour of the province in a curated set menu. Our tasting menu is seasonal and is inspired by our chef’s memories of Sichuan.
